Legal Question in Product Liability in Arizona

company liability
i am starting a business that will be producing targets. these targets are made of armored steel. they will react when hit by a bullit such as swinging or spinning. i though am worried about someone getting hurt by using one of these targets, and taking legal action. how much would a product disclaimer protect me.

Not much. They are legally ineffective to protect against injury by an inherently dangerous instrumentality.

Get a MONDO insurance policy if you continue this idea.
