Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My neighbor cut down a tree in his yard,

It took out the block fence

between our property.

Am I financially responsible for any of

it to be rebuilt?

If the damage was caused solely by the neighbor cutting his down the tree you have no liability for his negligent act.
