Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Hi; I am a plaintiff in an arbitration case involving three defendants. Some of the circumstances of the case have changed since I filed my claim with the Superior Court and I am considering having my claim dismissed againd two of the defendants. Could you please give me information as to the procedure for filling motion for dismissal. Thank you.

You file a motion with the court asking for the dismissal and stating the reason(s) why. You must also add to it the Order, wherein the court dismisses the defendants pursuant to your motion.

I agree with Don Scher's answer, but if either of the defendants hired an attorney you should also contact the defendant's attorney and ask them to join in the motion to dismiss. Otherwise they might make a claim against you for their attorney's fees.and costs. Make sure the order of dismissal states that each party is to pay their own attorney's fees and costs.
