what is the time limit for a buyer to change their mind?

The buyer can change their mind anytime before the transaction closes. The question then is whether or not the buyer has breached the purchase contract and if so, is there damages for breach of the contract. You should retain an experienced attorney to determine what your rights, duties and obligations may be, and the duties of the buyer.
