Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My wife and I are in the process of buying our first home. We found one we love and put an offer on it. The bid was accepted and shortly after all parties signed an addedum stating that we would close and have our keys in 45 days or less. Well, we got everything done on our part but just heard from the sellers saying they won't be ready till after the 45 days. What can we do?

What is the reason for the delay? You may be able to either cancel the contract or sue for specific performance depending on the reason for the delay.
