If a woman hit me first and I commented that " I will hit you so hard your breasts will pop" is that sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment is generally defined as unwanted sexual conduct, physical or verbal that continues after someone makes it clear that they are not interested. Sometimes sexual harassment is a single incident when the conduct is so vulgar or offensive that anyone would find the conduct to be outrageous.

What you are describing is not sexual harassment, but it is clearly offensive and boarders on criminal conduct including assault. Threatening to harm someone is neither sexy ... attractive... nor appropriate. It leads to orders of protection, loss of jobs...and drama.
