Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My grandfather left me some land but because I was underage at the time it was awarded to my aunt suppoably. Is there anyway to dispute or find out what happened to it? Plus I have some college money that was set aside to me but I cant get any answers. I think my aunt might be trying to hide it so I cant use it for school.

You should go to the Superior Court records in the county where your grandfather died and look for a probate case, which should have a copy of the Will and a court order distributing the real property to someone (on your behalf). Same with the college money. You would then be able to open a court case to get the land and the money. First, you have to establish that you have the legal right to these assets.
