The majority of legal answers from atttorneys suh as yourself, answer a legal question with, "SEEK LEGAL ADVICE". This web site advertises free legal questions, and you obviously volunteered to answer legal questions. So why dont you answer a legal question with legal advice?

There are many reasons not to give legal advice in this forum. It is not prudent to give legal advice when the question presented does not contain sufficient facts or the question itself is confusing. It is unethical to give advice to someone seeking a "how to" commit a wrongful act and wants to know how to do it. Most often, there is no simple answer to a question, like "who is right," me or the person with whom I have a dispute. In probate, trust and estate matters, the best advice is to get a lawyer who can find out what the facts really are, and then advise you accordingly. To try to answer a question without facts, would be misleading, at best, and not good advice.
