Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
My mother is in intensive care, her husband (my step-father) is in IC, if she dies
what are my rights as her daughter to the estate (couple cars and house furnishings). No wills by either one.

You will have to Petition the Court to determine the distribution of her estate without a will... that is formally called a Petition to Adjudicate the Estate Intestate and appoint a personal representative.
