Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My mother in law died suddenly leaving my ex husband with millions if dollars she did not leave my children anything. I am a single mother and we struggle daily to get by while he lives a pampered life. His family as well as mine are disgusted that he knows this and shows no concern or care even trying to abolish his parental rights. Can I sue him on behalf of my children for what we all believe is rightfully theirs?
