Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My mother is still living in Arizona. Her attorney fell ill, is there another place she can get a copy of her will? She can't find the copy she received when she updated it.

Wills, in general, are not recorded or otherwise made public. Even though the attorney is sick, someone should be able to access his files and get your mother's original will documents. There is no requirement that the original documents should be held by the attorney. The state bar may be helpful in contacting the attorney or his back up counsel.
