Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My parents are deceased and left a property to be divided between my sisters and I in New Zealand. My sisters and I want to sell it, but the lawyer who is managing the estate is not communicating my sisters are in NZ and I live in USA I have tried calling and writing it is a year ago now my parents died and I am concerned the estate is being eaten up with legal fees what do you suggest

You have not given enough facts to allow for an answer. For example, what have your sisters in NZ done to close the probate/estate in NZ? I recommend that you retain an attorney, as an attorney may be able to get a response from the NZ lawyer, who seems to be refusing to communicate with you.
