How do i get the information of how to receive the money that my father has left to me, which the step mother is not providing or distriubuting the funds correctly and not at all.

You will have to open a case in probate, if one has not been opened, and then ask the court to supervise the distribution of the estate.

You may need to retain counsel. More information is needed, about the will or trust, the assets, etc.
