Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Arkansas

if we sold our children are home and put a clause in there that if within 90 days they were delinquent on their payments that we could take it back can we take the house back even I've already legally put it in his name he has gotten into some drug trouble and I want to get the house back in my name but I put it in his and his wife names,
