Legal Question

Name of a small business

I am starting a small business and the name I want to use is ''I CARE In-Home Services'', but there is also a business with a similar name...''I Care of Arkansas. Although, the businesses are totally different can I legally use that name? Also, both of us refer to the company as ''I CARE''?
