Re: Civil Litigation Postponements

In general terms there are no amount of times

provided by law on granting continuances. The rule

is one of procedure; that most jurisdictions promote

a fast resolution of cases.

There exist the speedy trial rights of the accused

that requiere Courts to give precedence to criminal

cases over civil ones.

Hope you get fast justice!
