Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arkansas
If an american born child is injured in school due to negligance of the school and the parents are illegal immigrants, is the risk of deportation something the parents should worry about when considering whether or not to sue the school?

No. This would be a civil (state) law matter & the parents' immigration status should not be relevant to the case, nor should the parents risk the threat of Removal by filing a civil case in state court.
