Son got sick from a filthy Swimming pool
My son got sick from a swimming pool
at a holiday inn express and we called
the health department regarding it.
They made them drain the pool.
Meanwhile my son is on antibiotics and
still has a fever two days later.

The inn has a duty to maintain its pool. By failing to do so, it acted negligently and is responsible for the illness caused to your son.
