WILLS DEATH AND THE ex...
if a will was done but never probated or changed,a divorce ensues and then a person dies, is the divorced spouse entitled to part or all of an estate,'' The law treats the ex as if they died before the decedent.' Ex gets zilch...is THIS APPLICABLE TO Arkansas Wills & Probate?
