Legal Question in Family Law in Brazil

How can I divorce someone I married in Florida if we both live in another country for the last 8 years?In the country we live in now, we are not registered or legally married.

You have to file the divorce petition at the country you are current living. Then after the sentence is dictated, you can file the case in the United States just to make that ruling legal and effective in the US.
