Legal Question
My supervisor has reviewed my job performance evaluation with me face to face and I have received a satisfactory review. After the review, I was tasked to signed the evaluation review and didn't thought much about it. Not recently I've learned that after, our head management has changed all the employee review to what he thinks is appropriate without the employee of the company knowing it.
Is it legal for them to so such a thing?
