auto insurance claim
while driving my car,another car ran a stop sign and hit me. a police report was made and the guy said he had insurance. i did not have unisured motorist. his insurance company is saying they are investigating whether or not he had insurance at the time.that was about 40 days ago and i have not been contacted. what should i do.
