Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

Can I loose my Internship license or not being able to get full MFT license (BBS) in the future with a wet reckless driving record?. At the time of detention (may 2012) I was unnemployed and did not caused any injuries or accidents.I did not served any time and already completed DUI class of 3 months. Should I contact BBS now and give them this information or do so untill the licensing process?

I suggest contacting the Board of Behavioral Sciences directly, and anonymously, to get a better answer than a lawyer could give you. Check their Web site in advance.

I would suggest that you get an appointment with a lawyer who is experienced with administrative hearings who will review the rules of the BBS and give you an opinion. A wet reckless is not a crime of moral turpitude which will be a factor in your favor.
