Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

I threw a birthday party at my house last night, and as everyone left my house they got into a fight with other people who were not from the party in the neighborhood. The cops barged into my house took everyone out, even a sleeping girl from the bed who was too drunk to move, he grabbed her so hard that she fell directly on her head outside as he was pulling her out, and they called the ambulance. I was handcuffed and being charged with disturbance of peace ( for the fight) and for the girls ambulance fee. I don't see how this is fair. Can I please ask you for your legal advice?
