Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Bk ?...
I think I may need to file BK in order for my mortage co to work a modification. But Ive been using my cards. Will I get in trouble? Im current on all my bills except for my house. Ive been using them to live off of. But Ive heard you cant have any spending within 6 months. Will they deny me if Ive been using them? What should I do? Please help, Thank you

Stop using your credit cards if you think you might have to file bankruptcy.
