Sale of Personal Residence limited by BK-7
Recently I was discharged of my debts through BK-7 ($35,000). My home was protected with a homestead and must be sold due to divorce. There is approximately $130,000 in equity held with husband. Is my participation in the sale proceeds limited by the amount discharged through the BK-7.
