Hi I will be filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy & I would like to know if I have to put in the Schedules the banking information details of the unemployment income I am receiving from EDD since I got laid-off from my job.Thank you very much

Yes. List it on your Schedule I (monthly income) and the total amount on your Statement of Financial Affairs in item 2 -- non-employment income. Also, list it in the appropriate place on your means test.

Yes, unemployment benefits counts as income for bankruptcy so you must declare it on Schedule I, on Form B22A (means test) and on the Statement of Financial Affairs. Money in bank accounts is an asset that must be reported on Schedule B.
