My daughter is 20 years old lives at home became sick and the hospital says I am responsible I do not claim her on my income tax is this true

Is she your employee? Did you sign a guarantee at the hospital for her treatment? Is she covered under your insurance? Is she developmentally disabled? You only provided us with one detail - taxes - which is completely irrelevant. You might as well have told us a charming story about your neighbor's horse.
