Legal Question in Business Law in California
I franchised my business in 2007 and never launched it to sell a franchise. I now have a buyer for my business however, they do not wish to purchase it as a franchise. My question is can I sell it as regular business where they can expand it if they want and still sell franchises?

It's not clear whether your business is a franchisor or franchisee. Please explain what you mean by "franchised my business".
