Legal Question in Business Law in California

Harassment on the job.

Numerous employees besides myself have been harassed by mangement by my previous employer. I worked for a very large corporation. I decided to quit due to stress and harassment in the workplace. My previous management harassed me because of my personal life and my choice of relationships with co-workers. They then decided to take disciplinary actions on these situations. I felt that the way they repremanded me was not necessary. Since I have left I have several co-workers that approached me regarding the same circumstances. For example an employee of the company notified me of another employee who is management, who has a family member working under her(which is stated in the employee handbook ''is not allowed.'') The employee informed me that they have been enforcing her to provide her with transporatation to work. She also feels that she is obligated and is beeing forced and harassed to meet these obligations since they were ''asked'' by management. We feel that we have a strong case against this corporation and would like to discuss these issues further with an attorney.

Did you take a stress related leave or quit? Are you still going to a psychologis? Did you even complained to the upper management?

you may well have a case worth pursuing. there are a number of factors which would determine how good your case is, and whether others at the company have a basis for an action as well.
