"Hoverboard" is a registered trademark apparently owned by Patmont Motor Werks, Inc., a Nevada corporation with address of 2220 Meridian Blvd., Minden, Nevada, phone (775) 782-0113. A check of the Nevada Secretary of State records shows that Patmont became delinquent at the end of 2013 and has not been reinstated. The corporation seems to be a one-man entity of Gabriel Patmont of 1889 Gray Ct., Gardnerville, NV 89410. eBay has some rules about use of trademarked names in postings on its site, which are intended to protect eBay and its users from accidental or intentional trademark infringement, which is unlawful. Not every use of a trademark by a non-owner is unlawful, but some are, thus the rules are for everyone's protection. Check the user rules and agreement on the eBay Web site for particulars.
