McDonald has contracted to purchase five hundred pairs of shoes from the Vetter. Vetter manufactures the shoes and tenders delivery to McDonald. McDonald accepts the shipment. Later, on inspection, McDonald discovers the ten pairs of the shoes are poorly made and will have to be sold as seconds. If McDonald decides to keep all five hundred pairs of shoes, what remedies are available to her?
