Legal Question in Business Law in California

I want to have an online store with my own brand of cosmetics. My manufacturer, fulfillment and desired customers will be in the US. However, I'm not a resident or a citizen. Is there a way I can register my DBA in the USA?

You could form a LLC (limited liability company) in the U.S. (e.g., in California). You would need to hire a U.S. accountant to help you with tax obligtions for the LLC, however. If you wish to discuss further, you may reach me at 510.451.3300.

I would form a limited liability corporation (LLC). They can be complex but I am here to help if you would like to contact me through email.
