Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have a pending small claims suit for violation of contract that won't be heard for a month; the company I am suing has been sold. I have listed the owners names and the company in the suit. Can the new owners be liable if I get the judgment? Also the previous owners sold the business knowing there was a suit pending.
