Legal Question in Business Law in California

I have been working for Uber and they offered a bonus after completing 75 trips. The bonus was supposed to be for $500, but they only gave me $25. I have many text from August 10th to August 26th that clearly states "Lawrence, you qualify for $500 bonus! Complete 75 trips..." there was no deadline. I tried reaching out to them, but they are giving no evidence, paperwork, contract, etc. on why I was given half of the specified amount. Can I pursue this as a case?

I can't get your math to work out -- did Uber pay you $250 instead of $25?

In any event, this claim could be pursued in small claims court (assuming your agreement with Uber does not require it to go to arbitration or be treated in some other fashion).
