Company sued and I need to answer

My wife and I were sued as well as our three companies I want to answer pro se because to lawsuit is crap. I know I can answer for my self but can i answer for the companies that I am the managing member of.

You can attempt to answer for your companies, generally a corporation must have an attorney answer for the corporation. However, the plaintiff may object - then you will need to hire and attorney.

Answering pro se is a sure way to lose. You can't answer for anybody except yourself. That includes your wife and any corporation, partnership, or LLC. You have 30 days to get a lawyer and respond. Feel free to fax me the complaint if you like.
