what do I say at Demurrer hearing ? I am the Plaintiff a injured party of a defective product. ?

If you filed an opposition your papers should state your position. If you have not filed an opposition you may be in trouble as the court may grant the demurrer. If the court grants it ask the judge to give you time to amend the complaint. If you do not have a lawyer I highly recommend you to hire one as soon as you can.
