denial of a public defender
my son was seen 2day for a violation of pc 415 sec 3, a mistimeanor. it was transfered from juvi deliquency court to juvi traffic court. the judge refused to give him a public defender, even though the statement of rights that he had to sign says he can have one. what can i do?
