Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
divorce
I have a divorce problem. I divorce with my first wife and i have all the documents show that we got a divorce from our original country. I had a second marriage but the govrment do not accept the second marriage so i do not know what to do to comeover this matter.
My first language is French.

Start by hiring a divorce attorney experienced in foreign divorce recognition issues; there is no way a pro per can do anything but screw this up.
