Can a doctor tell your employer if you test dirty?But I have a Doctors prescription for marijuana.Can my doctor tell my employer about the test.

If this is an employer's doctor doing exams and tests for the employer, yes, of course he can and will report the results to the employer, that is his job. If this is your private doctor, no he will and can not divulge medical info to anyone without your consent.
