He wants to prove his inoccence but he is affraid of comming here.He thinks that his visa got cancelled.Please we are very lost and we have a baby,but we;ve been separeted by this case.Thanks

What are the current pending charges? Did he have a court date that was missed? If so, there will be a standing bench warrant that will also need to be cleared. What court is handling his case?
