Odds are, yes. it is really up to the Judge to decide if there is enough of a problem to revoke your probation.

I do not practice criminal defense, however I am a reserve officer with the Pasadena Police Department and I can tell you that you really do not want the Probation revoked for something as silly as missing a ( I assume) traffic court date.

There is no reason to be overly concerned just yet unless a bench warrant has been issued for you. Just go to the Court that you were supposed to go to for the infraction and see the clerk. There will be an additional fine for failing to appear, but it will only get worse the longer you wait; it will also increase the chance that your probation will be revoked and you will have a warrant issued.

If you are very concerned about going to the Court alone, you can always have an attorney with you who should have a very good chance of discussing the matter with a Judge and getting it resolved.

Good luck.

Scott
