I'm not sure what you mean by 2nd day -- of what? Nevertheless, unless there was imminent danger (for which the landlord should have sought law enforcement assistance), the law does not permit the landlord to exercise self-help. You might immediately go to a tenants' attorney in your area to determine and protect your rights. |
