Ownership of an auto
Hello. Two years ago, I used my credit to buy my boyfriend a mercedes. We have since broke up and I do not want the stress of checking to see if he is making the car payments. The car is registered in his name but the loan is in my name. Can I legally take the car away from him? What are my options?
