Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I've been told that although the Jackson family lost their lawsuit against AEG, they can appeal the jury's verdict.
I thought that when a plaintiff loses that's it. They can't appeal.
Can the Jackson's appeal?

The only times a Plaintiff cannot appeal is in Small Claims Court and Mediation.
