Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Right to keep phone # private

If another party has my personal phone number, only because of a court order for that person to have it. Does this same person have any rights to freely distribute it as they see fit, or do I have any rights to ask this person to obtain my authorization first?

I believe the court would restrict that person to the purpose. This should be stated by the court and if not, go back and request the same.
