Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
I know that in some states it is illegal to sell urine for the purpose of foiling a drug test. Is it illegal in california to sell urine for example on craigslist? How about Ebay?

In any jurisdiction in which there is any law requiring urine or other bodily testing, it is a crime to participate in any form of faking, evading, or otherwise tampering with the results in any way, specifically including providing fake samples for money or for free.
