Good morning,

I write to know if I can export from Europe Union to California special wooden constrution panels in order to build a house in Santa Cruz.

Generally yes, but you would need to contact and importer/exporter and have them arrange the transaction for you. The charge a fee to do this. In addition the manufacture may be able to assist you with this as well if they have imported before. There are some wood types that are not importable into the US and you would have to check into that further. Good luck.

This is most likely possible, but I would have to investigate the applicable taxes, dutes, etc. to determine whether it would be cost effective to have the panels sent. Assuming that you can sell these in CA for a profit, let me know and our CA attorney and I can assist you with making this happen.

Typically, I understand that the European suppliers have companies that handle these type of arrangements for the seller and buyer. There is a fee involved. Any reputable European merchant that engages in this type of business should be able to walk you through this but a fee will apply to the importing arrangements. Make a specific inquiry to your seller and see if you get an answer that is appropriate. Best wishes for your house in Santa Cruz - We just vacationed near there any it sounds lovely!
