Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

in Ca, i purchased an auto loan agreed to financing, signed contract, recieved a welcome packet from lender, then got a letter stating they needed to change the terms and notified my dealer. My contract states if the seller is going to cancel it has to be within 10 days of signing the contract. It has been 31 says. It also states," the annual percentage rate may negotiable with the seller" and "after this contract is signed, the seller may not change the financing terms" I also do not have a spot delivery form copy with my documents so im assuming they didnt have one. What are my rights?

I am not sure I am clear on what has happened. What is the name of the Dealership? What is the change?
