Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Damien an auctioneer advertised in the news papaer that a sale of antique vases by auction would take place at the Crescent Place on the 15th of march. JOhns traveled from his home 2 hours away by bus to attend this auction on this date. However, when he came,he noticed that the specific vase he wanted as a present for his wife was no longer available for unknown reasons. John was very upset and he wanted to sue Damien. Advise John
